Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings are to be made at least 15 days in advance.
  2. Security deposit of at least 75% of your stay will be kept with us, which is non-refundable, if you are a no-show. Except in cases of natural calamities wherein we cannot uphold or have to cancel your reservation, your entire deposit will be refundable.
  3. Maximum of FOUR adults can stay in one apartment.
  4. A/C facilities are available on supply of power from the electricity department and we do not have backup power generators. No compensation will be given but we will try to rectify the problem at the earliest.
  5. Any complains for any maintenance will be taken from 0900hrs – 1800hrs, as we do not have any maintenance staff after the specified timings.
  6. For complains please contact our staff and any member of the family should be present to correct the same, as our staff is not allowed to have duplicate keys to rectify the same.
  7. In case of loss of key to the entrance, a fee of Rs.500/- will be charged to replace the same and a time limit of at least 15 minutes would be taken to replace the same as all the duplicate keys are with the owner only.
  8. A form will be given to you to fill, in case of loss of entrance key, which will be signed by you and produced before our personnel,only then will we provide you with a duplicate key.
  9. We have set up CCTV cameras only on the landing and the entrance gate to ensure your security and safety.No where else do we have CCTV cameras installed other than the places specified.

Reservation & Cancellation policy 

  1. Reservations should be booked at least 15 days in advance.
  2. Security deposit of 75% of your stay should be made available at least 10 days in advance.
  3. Reservations will be made on the basis of information given to us, on the supplied names of adults who will be staying with you.
  4. A maximum of four adults only can be accommodated in one flat, where in we have a double bed for a couple and other two will be provided with extra mattresses in the living room.
  5. Rates will be provided on the basis of per apartment basis.
  6. Actual addresses, mobile numbers or any photo ID cards are made mandatory to secure reservations.
  7. Cancellations should be made at least five days prior to your stay with us and full refund will be given back.
  8. Cancellations will not be entertained after this period.
  9. In case of natural calamities, full refund of security deposit will be given with no further compensation.
  10. In case of cancellation due to the demise of a family member, we will then reserver the same for you for the same dates and same rate for a period of one year only.
  11. Refund will be handled through online mode and shall take 15 business days.

Customer liability

  1. We are not responsible for the loss of your valuables, accidents, food poisoning, offences of crime or over leaving us before or after check-out and stay elsewhere without prior information.
  2. Actual addresses, mobile numbers or any photo ID cards are made mandatory to secure reservations.
  3. Any disputes even criminal or civil will be in the courts of Goa only and pertaining to cases concerning Bijou Guest House Apartments only.

We are open from mid September till the end of April for every calendar year.
